I am a proud Connell citizen who loves my hometown and would appreciate the opportunity to serve as Mayor of Connell in 2026.

Personal History
Currently serving second term on Connell City Council Position #5 and Mayor Pro-Tem.
Have only missed 2 Connell City Council meetings in the 5 ½ years I have been on council.
Current Franklin County Cemetery District #2 Commissioner – Raised funds and did the work to get over 100 unmarked graves at Mountain View Cemetery in Connell marked with grave stones, as well as the entire cemetery mapped.
Graduated from Connell High School & have a degree from Trend Business College and Columbia Basin Community College.
The Harper family has been living in Connell for over 100 years.
Current Director of North Franklin Heritage Museum in Connell for 10 years – Managed the project to build the Hudlow Memorial Annex & Garden and Adams Homestead House which opened in 2018.
Working the past 2 years to raise funds and restore Franklin County Bank/American Legion Building into C Street Vault Hotel & Restaurant for North Franklin Heritage Museum.
Have strong knowledge of non-profit accounting practices and project management.
Greater Connell Area Chamber of Commerce Woman of the Year 2017.
Worked as a Secretary, Administrator and Trainer for 25+ years for Lamb Weston, Town of Hatton, Nutrien and Tempest Media Solutions which has given me a strong budgeting and accounting and training background.
Volunteer Work: Current President of Connell Community Club, Current Treasurer of Greater Connell Area Chamber of Commerce, Member of Connell Chapter HA of P.E.O. Sisterhood, Treasurer of Dream With Me Christian Preschool.
Church Secretary and member at Grace United Community Church in Connell.
Wife, mother, daughter and sister of Army Veterans.
Campaign Focus
Keep small town values
Ensure that Connell retains those same small town values that make it so wonderful, even as growth takes place.
Building in Connell
Work to reconstruct building/planning/permitting procedures within the city to make it cheaper, easier and faster to complete any building project.
City Functions
Collaborate with city council members, committees and staff to work as a cohesive team.
City Beautification
Beautify the city and control weeds.
Enforce city codes.
Make Your Voice Heard
Have scheduled town halls to get comments from citizens.
